1. Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "88b bet", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 88b bet Platform at 88bbet.app.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an 88b bet account.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a player on the 88b bet Platform.

• "Funds" means real-money PKR balances held in a player's account, including deposits and winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 88b bet subject to wagering requirements and separate bonus terms.

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process conducted by 88b bet in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations.

2. Account Registration

To access real-money gameplay on 88b bet, you must complete the account registration process honestly and accurately. By registering, you confirm that:

• All personal information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and mobile number — is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will promptly notify 88b bet of any changes to the registered information by contacting our support team.
• You are registering only one account in your own name. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You are not registering on behalf of or as an agent for any other person.
• Your account and login credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with any other individual.

88b bet reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided during registration at any point, including before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

The 88b bet Platform is strictly an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or play on 88b bet. This is a non-negotiable requirement and applies equally to all players in Pakistan regardless of the game or product being accessed.

If 88b bet discovers at any time that a player is under 18 years of age:

• The account will be suspended immediately and permanently closed.
• All deposits made will be returned to the original payment source where technically possible.
• Any winnings accumulated will be forfeited in full.
• The matter may be escalated to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

In addition to age eligibility, you confirm that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming services, and that using the 88b bet Platform does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits and withdrawals on the 88b bet Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum single deposit amount is 500 PKR.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for Easypaisa, JazzCash, and SadaPay. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Raast) may take up to 2 business hours to reflect.
• 88b bet does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment account used must be registered in the same name as your 88b bet account.
• 88b bet does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which 88b bet accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made into your 88b bet account are not interest-bearing and are held in segregated accounts separate from 88b bet's operational funds.

88b bet reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal of real-money funds from your 88b bet account is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Standard withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) on business days are typically processed same day. Requests submitted after this time or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• 88b bet may require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Players who have not completed KYC should do so proactively to avoid delays.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• 88b bet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending fraud investigation. If a withdrawal is withheld, the affected player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide supporting documentation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

88b bet offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have fully completed account registration and age verification.
• Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• 88b bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means — including creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or coordinating wagers with other players — will be voided and may result in account closure.
• Bonus Funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your account balance. Wagering activity will be applied against Bonus Funds before real-money funds unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

88b bet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by reputable third-party providers to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the Platform:

• All game rules are available within each individual game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• A bet is considered final and irrevocable once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform. 88b bet does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except in cases of verifiable technical error on our part.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during active gameplay, 88b bet's server-side records will be treated as definitive. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on 88b bet's side, the wager will be refunded to your account.
• 88b bet reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of technical error, data feed failure (in the case of live sports betting), or where the result is clearly inconsistent with normal gameplay.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panels. These represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88b bet Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to interact with the Platform in place of human input.

9. Responsible Gaming

88b bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. We recognise that a small number of players may develop problematic gambling habits, and we provide a range of tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day waiting period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a defined period of continuous play — available in 30, 60, and 90-minute intervals.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without closing your account permanently.

10. Intellectual Property

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88b bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings as a result of a technical fault, game malfunction, or Platform interruption.
• Loss of data, including account history, game records, or communication logs, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, or UBL.
• Losses arising from your voluntary decision to gamble, including financial losses resulting from regular gameplay.

88b bet's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the incident occurred.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

13. Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A player's voluntary self-exclusion request.
• Discovery that a player is under 18 years of age.
• A request from a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any real-money funds held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the original payment method within 10 business days, after deducting any amounts owed to 88b bet.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method following completion of standard KYC checks.

14. Amendments to These Terms

88b bet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of no less than 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 88b bet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and withdraw any remaining funds before the changes take effect.
